I Have Returned

THOUGHT:
   We, believe it or not, are role models.  People see us and are effected one way or another.  People either want to imitate us, learn from us or have nothing to do with who we are an what we are about.  Paul reminds this group of new Christians under attack, that the life they have lived, emulating the Gospel, has effected many people.  Those effected are not only those nearby, but those far way.  Despite the uncomfortable circumstances they were facing, they lived out the Gospel and did so with Hope, Love, and Faith.  They lived out the example of The One who was a role model for them, Christ.  We are examples, today, set one worthy of who you have been called to be, for all who cross your path.

PRAYER:
   Dear heavenly Father, please make my presence be one of Faith, Hope, and Love.  Continue you help me strive to be an example of your Good News, being a living example of who Christ is for me.  Help me to grow, mature and finally teach of your presence in my life.  In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
